Therapy

Therapy can be a great place when you need support during a hard time, transition, to break a pattern. My goal as a psychologist is to help you navigate the rocky areas of life with more insight, self-compassion, and the tools you need to feel better. I work well with clients seeking help with anxiety, depression, stress management, emotion regulation, image, and self-esteem.

Ultimately, therapy is a tool for understanding yourself better and navigating life's challenges with greater clarity and confidence. It's an investment in your mental health and overall well-being.

My approach

From the time we meet, we’ll work together to understand your goals and challenges. My approach blends warmth with strategy, using evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems, along with others that support your treatment.

In the course of therapy we will assess your needs and develop workable, achievable treatment goals and measure progress along the way. The goal is for you to leave each session with the confidence knowing you have more insight, self-esteem, effective coping skills and tools to address life's challenges.

Insurance

Dr. Solomon is an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans. Many insurance companies will reimburse you 50-100% of the fees. Superbills are submitted on your behalf to insurance companies should you have out-of-network benefits.

Fees are accepted by Venmo or PayPal at time of service unless other arrangements are made.

Telehealth

All sessions are conducted via zoom, which is a HIPPA compliant platform. Phone sessions are also available if you prefer to walk and talk or are on the move.
